• 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin

• Sea salt and black pepper to taste
• Coconut cream (optional)

Directions:

Warm up the olive oil/coconut oil and add the carrots, onion, potatoes and apple. Cook them for 10 minutes and add the broth, ginger, lentils, paprika, cumin, chili powder and bring it to a boil. It should simmer for 30 minutes and in the end add the coconut cream.

Broccoli Soup

You will need:

• 2.5 cup of broccoli florets
• 1 cup spinach or kale
• 3 chopped celery stalks
• 2 cup of bone or vegetable broth
• Juice of half a lemon
• 1 chopped onion
• 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
• 2 chopped carrots
• 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

Directions:

On a medium heat add the olive oil, celery, onion and broccoli florets. Cook them for 5 minutes, and add the broth. Cook a little bit and add the other ingredients and simmer it for 5 minutes. You can leave it until it thickens.

Strawberry lemon water

You will need:

– 10 fresh and whole strawberries
– 2 lemon wedges
