The oil is made from hot red peppers, and it is great in the treatment of radiculitis, myositis, neuralgia, rheumatism and joint pains. The oil of hot peppers belongs to the group of irritating and heating oil. It has stimulant action – expands capillaries, increases blood circulation in the upper parts of the skin, enhances metabolism and affect the regenerative process of the skin epidermis.

You will need:

  • 10 fresh red hot peppers
  • 2 cups olive oil
  • Glass jar of 1 liter

Method of preparation:

Wash peppers, cut part where the stalk is and grind in a meat grinder. You’ll get about one cup finely powdered mixture.

Pour mixture into a clean glass jar and pour the oil. Leave it to stay in a dark place (such as the lower part of the kitchen units).

After 7 days, strain the contents of the jar through cheesecloth or plastic strainer. The used mixture of peppers can be left in the fridge and use as a seasoning, and the reddish oil used for rubbing into the skin.

First time, massage the painful areas with the oil several times a day. After rubbing, put on warm socks, if it is about feet. Warmed and other parts of the body, depending on the location of pain – arms, neck, back. After applying oil, you will feel a burning on the skin, but it will be bearable, even pleasant, as the oil makes the skin warm deeply, but without creating a burn.

Over time, you can reduce the intensity of application of oil. After a month or two, the procedure can be done once a week, if there is sometimes pain in the joints due to changes in weather conditions. Store the oil in a dark place.
